Frustrated workers in France have taken matters in thier own hands. Fed up with working conditions, not being heard and the number of layoffs, employees at a 3M plant decided to take thier manager hostage. While reading this article I was surprised to learn that this type of thing happens somewhat often. Maybe U.S. companies should stand up and take notice!
