Just how good do you think I'd have to be......

Mmmmk. So. While reading Izzy mom a few minutes ago I came across something in her sidebar and I could not click fast enough. Seriously. See, I have a big huge over the top irrational small orange problem. I just love the color, always have. Clothes, purses, date books, whatever. I love orange.

(Yes, I Am aware that I am a total dweeb)

(Seriously, did I just use the word dweeb? I didn't even know I still knew how to spell it! Anyway...)

So, when I saw this I decided that I must do what any normal woman would do. Ignore the fact that I just pained my entire kitchen over mothers day weekend and that the highlight color is RED...not orange...and that all my new pretties are for the reddish themed kitchen and instead figure out how to get Prince Charming to spring for it.

I mean, It's only $3,695. I should be able to talk him into that for Christmas, right? If I'm a really really really good girl? I can make this work, can't I?

It's orange and beautiful and I really need it. So just what do you think I'd have to do between now and Christmas to convince him to buy this? Any ideas? It's only 218 more days 'till Christmas (ha..I just made your stomach drop for a second in panic, didn't I??) so I need ideas quick if I'm going to earn up enough brownie points.

Mom - ROFLMAO!!! Okay, re-read post. I don't want someone new to cook for...I just want something new to cook in! You crack me up. xoxox

OMG! I love those stoves, and the one I want is the red one because that's my favorite color. I would beg, plead, and tell him I'll do whatever you want. And think that as a Christmas gift is reasonable.

Jesse - I love the red on too, and would happily settle with it because that is the accent color in my kitchen. But that orange..that orange is SWEET!!!

I'm totally feeling the pink one and the blue one and the green one..oh heck I'm just loving all of them! I would seriously consider doing WHATEVER the hubby wants to get one of those. Just make sure you only promise to do them AFTER you get the stove. You don't want him taking back the offer! I'm going to go try to make a deal with my husband right now! Great find.

Tracy - We did figure out what would prompt a Christmas present THAT big, but because the word 'Probably' entered the conversation, I refused to do that thing for the next 218 without total confirmation and 100% guarantee on payment ;-)

Holy cow that's alot of money for an oven. Oh wait, you must be one of those ladies who actually USE an oven, eh? heehee. (Mine doesn't get much use, unfortunately. Microwaved chicken nuggets anyone?)

But it IS very, very pretty. Now when I see something orange like a purse or shoes, I will think of YOU.

It was very wise of you not to commit to anything until delivery confirmation Chris!
Oh, by the way, have I told you yet how much I love your blog? Right down to the comments being called coffee cup refills! It's great! And thanks for leaving comments on mine!
Oh and to Lisa, I'm not big into using my oven either but that only means that an expensive oven has a better chance of staying clean!

Lisa - This past fall I discovered an absolute passion for baking, so I do bake a lot. And trust me, microwaved chicken nuggets or hot dogs are main staples around here!! LOL. I've never owned orange shoes!! But now that you brought it up, I think I will look for a pair of orange sandals this summer! My last 4 purses have all been orange or had orange in them though :-)

Tracy - Thank you for the wonderful compliment! I love you blog too. I'm simply addicted to blogging. lol. As for not committing..well..he was being a true man and wanted something *ahem* most men want and that I personally do not do regularly. Would I do it daily for the next 217 days to get the oven? Probably. But seeing there was no guarantee...there will be no giving by me ;-)

I don't know, 217 days is a LONG time to do something you don't do often! I would think by day 45 you would hope he forgot the bargain and just love your oven instead!

Thanks for visiting my blog! I'd love to add you to my blogroll if that's ok!

Catwoman - LOL! YES, it is! That would be great if you added me :-) Thank you!
